Modernizing Licensing & Inspections for OPLC
Project Overview
Client: Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC)
Industry: Public Sector – State
Go live: March 5, 2026
We partnered with the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC), New Hampshire to implement a modern Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections (LPI) system, replacing manual, paper-based processes with a streamlined digital experience. Supporting over 50 licensing boards, the platform enhances how applications, renewals, inspections, and compliance are managed while improving the experience for both staff and applicants.
The solution delivers end-to-end digital applications with online submissions and e-payments, mobile-enabled inspection management, real-time tracking and notifications, and automated workflows for approvals and document handling. Built-in compliance tracking and advanced reporting provide greater visibility into operations and support more informed decision-making.
As a result, OPLC is seeing faster processing times, improved user experience through intuitive interfaces, stronger data security with role-based access, and real-time insights into performance and compliance. Key challenges—including complex regulatory requirements, paper-based inefficiencies, data security concerns, and limited reporting—were addressed through close stakeholder collaboration, process digitization, and tailored dashboards.
OPLC has successfully launched the system for its first board and is already realizing value, with positive feedback on ease of use, automation, and overall efficiency as adoption continues to grow.
