Launching Canada’s Vaccine Impact Assistance Platform
Project Overview
Client: Government of Canada
Industry: Public Sector – Federal
Go live: April 1, 2026
We partnered with the Government of Canada to successfully deliver and launch the Vaccine Impact Assistance Program (VIAP) MVP on April 1, 2026—providing a critical digital platform to support Canadians impacted by serious and permanent vaccine-related injuries. Delivered in an accelerated timeline of just 3.5 months, the solution demonstrates Cloud SynApps’ ability to execute high-impact, time-sensitive public sector programs.
Built on Salesforce, the platform includes a secure, accessible claimant portal, end-to-end case intake and management, document submission, role-based access, and real-time reporting. By replacing manual processes with a streamlined digital experience, the system enables faster claim intake, improved transparency, and a more consistent, citizen-centric service aligned with Government of Canada standards.
This initiative not only enhances operational efficiency but also contributes to public trust by providing Canadians with a secure and accessible way to navigate sensitive health-related claims. With continued support through stabilization and enhancements, the platform establishes a strong foundation for the program’s long-term success.
