We partnered with the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development’s Office of Statewide Broadband (OSB) to modernize the management of the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program. Through the “Connect Maryland” platform—built on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions—we delivered a unified, end-to-end system that streamlines grant management, compliance, inspections, and reporting.

The solution integrates a user-friendly ISP portal, automated compliance workflows, real-time reporting, and mobile-enabled inspections, creating a single source of truth for OSB and its stakeholders. By replacing manual processes with intelligent automation and data validation, the platform improves transparency, accelerates project oversight, and enables proactive risk management.

As a result, OSB now benefits from enhanced collaboration with ISPs, stronger regulatory compliance, and real-time visibility into project performance—establishing a scalable, future-ready foundation for statewide broadband expansion.
